  • the initial buyer information and counseling session (including helping with financial pre-qualification and pre-approval),

  • searching, screening and finding the right property,

  • giving an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of any property you are interested in purchasing,

  • giving a professional opinion of the value of the property you choose - before you offer on it,

  • working for the best deal for you in the offer and contract negotiations with the Seller and their agent,

  • helping with a the details following an offer's acceptance including mortgage and insurance, choice of a reputable home inspector, property inspections, and any re-negotiations,

  • and, finally assisting in the final walkthrough inspection and the closing on your new home.
