Unlike ordinary real estate agents, our brokers always work for and represent only the buyer side in any real estate transaction to purchase a condo, townhouse or one family home.  What this means is that we practice Exclusive Buyer Agency, and not Dual Agency.  We never work for any Seller, Developer or Builder against our client.
 

As a result, we never have a "conflict of interest" like most other real estate agents do.

Pamela Bell served for a number of years on the Board of Directors and as Vice  President of the Liberty Board of Realtors (formerly the Hudson County Board of Realtors.
 

Codie Bell - Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).  Codie holds several advanced degrees including a PhD. in finance and accounting, MBA (Finance) and MS (Management Information Systems).  Codie worked for a number of years in the information and financial consulting business before organizing our real estate practice on a full-time basis.
