  1. We never represent any Seller or Builder against our Home Buyer.
    We represent only our Home Buyer as their "Exclusive Buyer Agent".
  2. We don't try to "sell" our Home Buyer on any particular property or town.
  3. We help our Home Buyer "buy" the condo, townhouse, or one - four family house they want, at the lowest price, and the best terms and conditions we can negotiate for them.
  4. We specialize in working exclusively ("only") for our Home Buyer as their Buyer Agent every step of the way in their real estate transaction from:
    • the initial Buyer information and counseling session,
    • searching, screening and finding the right property,
    • giving an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of any particular property our Buyer is interested in purchasing,
    • working for the best deal for our Buyer in the offer and contract negotiations with the Seller,
    • helping with the details following an offer's acceptance including mortgage financing and home insurance, choice of a qualified home inspector, property inspections and re-inspections, and any possible re-negotiations,
    • and, assisting in the final walk-through inspection and participating in the Closing on their new home.
